Hiro has two loves: baseball and porn, but due to an elbow injury, gives up baseball, choosing a school with no baseball team. His childhood friend Hikari attends a different school with baseball ace Hideo. The two of them wish that Hiro had not given up baseball. Hiro joins the soccer team and meets Haruka, a very clumsy girl who is also the daughter of his father's boss. Haruka is the manager of the unofficial baseball club at Hiro's school. When the soccer team challenges the baseball club to a game, with hopes of humiliating them, the baseball club nearly loses until Hiro, disgusted by the soccer team's arrogance, switches to the baseball club.

Lots of events happen while she stays with the Shingensumi, as they discover mysterious secrets and also fight against the Bakumatsu group.

The story is set in 19th century England and centers on a "fairy doctor" named Lydia. Her life takes a 180-degrees turn when she meets a legendary blue knight count named Edgar and his crew. He hires her as an adviser during his quest to obtain a treasured sword that was supposed to be handed down to him by his family.

Comment: This anime is one of the better series I've found in the action genre. The character design is great and their personalities are quite developed over the course of the series. The story is wonderful however the ending is quite open ended and can be interpreted in many different ways. Overall I'd rate this series a 9/10.

A collaboration between Studio Bones and Stan Lee, the story centers on a boy named Joey who discovers a toy robot near the west coast of the United States. Joey has always wanted to become a hero. Unfortunately hes just an orphan working part time to support his grandma and himself. After he watches a toy commercial about a new robot action figure, Joey believes hell gain strength if he obtains one. The only robot toy he can get his hands on is a broken one that was abandoned by a rich school bully. Feeling pity for the trashed action figure, Joey takes it home to repair it; little did he know that once he repairs the toy, itll make his hero dream become a reality.

(Hiyoko is actually an experimental test subject that escaped from a laboratory.)

Eriko, along with pals Yuma and Ayano, tests into an exclusive all-girls high school. Her dream of attending a school full of beautiful, clean, and classy role-model girls is soon shattered, as the reality of an all-girl school sets in. Rumor goes, with an absence boys in the school, an atmosphere of laxness sets in, slowly eroding the girls' regard for culture and become a creature far scarier than boys.

With no livelihood or any other reason to live, Sai commited suicide by drowning himself. Now, he haunts a Go board, and wants to accomplish the perfect Go game, called the "Hand of God" which he hopes to do through Hikaru. If Hikaru will be able to do it or not (or even wants to) will have to be seen.

Gon takes the hunter exam to seek out his amazing father, but on the way while teaming up with 3 other candidates, Kurapica, Leorio, and Killua, he learns that there is more to becoming a hunter and the challenges that he must face will be beyond his imaginations.

 

Twelve-year-old Gon Freecss one day discovers that the father he had always been told was dead was alive and well. His Father, Ging, is a Hunter--a member of society's elite with a license to go anywhere or do almost anything. Gon, determined to follow in his father's footsteps, decides to take the Hunter Examination and eventually find his father to prove himself as a Hunter in his own right. But on the way, he learns that there is more to becoming a Hunter than previously thought, and the challenges that he must face are considered the toughest in the world.

With the Titans executing their every order, the first Seekers the Casterwills fought against the dark forces of the underworld and against themselves. Centuries went by, and one by one, the Titans were hidden: some were buried following grueling battles, others merely forgotten as time passed. The magical and powerful creatures lie hidden and dormant in the most remote part of the earth, waiting to be awakened by a new and bold group of Seekers.

 

On the first day of high school at Kamizono Academy, four girls meet each other while lost on the huge campus, and form a friendship. This story follows the daily school life of the four girls and their eclectic classmates.

 

On their first day of high school shy Ayumi Nonomura and taciturn Tatsuki Iizuka become lost on the immense campus of Kamizono Academy. An irresistible force of nature named Torako Kageyama accompanied by her best friend Suzume Saotome appears in front of them. Led, sometimes pushed, by Torako, the girls and their classmates work through problems of school, home and adolescence.
