old cartoon network vs new one

I'll have to say the old one. I remember watching it a few years ago and then i watched it again recently and i was like "what happened to the good shows, what is this camp lazlo crap" altho i caught a marathon of Bo-BoBoBo BoBo-BoBoBo, or something like that. most random anime haha.

The old cartoonetwork, most definitely. I'm just not into any of the new material. New toonami isn't that great either. I do like 6teen though.

I loved Courage the Cowardly Dog, Ed, Edd, and Eddy, Dexter's Laboratory, and... damn, I havn't seen any of the older shows to remember what I watched.

i like the old cartoonetwork but some of the shows they play on the new cartoonetwork are great as well.

the stuff they coming up with today don't make any sense! the old stuff was way better. [ though some new stuff is cool ]

I like the old Cartoon network. I used to watch Toonami, back when it showed anime, like Tenchi Muyo, Dragonball Z, etc. But from the old cartoons, I guess Courage the Cowardly Dog, and Dexter. lol I think the new version, is going downhill.

First of all, I just want to tell you, Gstar, that your Power Rangers sig is the best thing I've seen on a forum in a long time. Thing is made of awesome sauce. XD

About the discussion at hand: This issue is completely and utterly subjective. If you started with the original, then that's likely what you'll prefer. Works that way for a lot of things (video games, Star Wars, movies, whatever). So until you start getting a bunch of the younger fellows speaking their piece, this poll will remain one-sided.

Don't get me wrong, here. My first significant exposure to CN was during the Old School ... before the dark times ... before the Empire that took away Toonami, apparently (I didn't know that). I remember watching shows like Birdman (before he became an attorney), Pirates of Dark Water, and Swat Kats. Later, I latched on to Toonami with shows like--obviously--DBZ (note the better, original voices there), and Sailor Moon, oddly enough. XD

I heart the older Cartoon Network, no question. But this discussion, really, is moot for any kind of meaningful objectivity. ^_^
