Code Geass END (spoilers)

I want this forum to be about how everyone felt about how Code Geass ended. I mean the actual end, the whole series. I know I was touched.

At the end I wasn't sure if what C.C. said was a hint or just his name.

So much i want to say about this episode that i've been talking to myself about it. I'll start with the end. with CC saying his name at the end and close up on the paper bird-thingy i thought that maybe he's the one driving the cart or sitting out of view and he had CC's code before he was stabbed. this is going to turn into a big debate soon i think. Does anyone else think that Lelouch would live in solitude for all of eternity knowing the whole world hates him as a punishment.
It took real guts for Lelouch to deliberately make the whole world hate him, be killed in order to create peace and know that he'll forever be remembered as an evil tyrant. he might be my biggest hero now.
before he was stabbed i've also been wondering what Kallen, Rivalz and Milly(well she really only stood up) were shouting out and a few other things that i can't quite put into words or think clearly about until i re-watch both series'.
on a side note does anyone know what the song was at the end and shouldn't this be under Anime Discussions.

From what I understood, Lelouch hated himself for what he had become and what he had to do to make the future possible, thus it was no surprise to me when his final plan was for him to die. I don't think he would actually plan for himself to still be alive because of that. I think C.C. saying his name at the end was showing her affection and yet sadness that he was gone.

By the way, does anyone else think that the last 5 episodes felt kinda rushed? It almost seemed like there could've been enough there to make an entirely new season...

I think this is a classic open ending, like many others series. I won't mention any, because i don't wanna spoil. Anyway, if they are not going to make a sequel it won't matter whether he survived or not, and therefore even the crew which made the story don't necessarily know.
I'm actually wondering, is there a manga too? Then it might tell you

There is a manga, but I only saw like the first 2 chapters then it just disappeared, and has never been updated if there were new chapters.

sigh.... i wish it hadnt ended and i hope there is more but this is by far the best anime ive ever seen and will ever see. it def set a new standard O.o

holy jesus's mother....i love code geass.....what a twist, so sad that leolouch had to die being hated by everyone minus the few that knew the truth. Yea I really doubt that he got the code from C.C. or there was any hints that he survived being that the britanians were retreating and being the genius strategist that he was planned on letting people see his dead body
so sad, but necessary death
and i definately doubt that they are gonna make another season
