is a horribly debilitating blood disease so if your a vampire you have hyper-hemonecrotosis causing cell death of the flesh and organs at a speedy rate
so unless you get your blood constantly filtered.

you will go crazy and try to feebly gnaw on people's necks to replace your rotting blood. dont get me wrong it's hilarious to watch, but you will spread it.

I would have to say both. They each are terrifying and they both have there goods and bads. its just to hard to chose between them.
