Read it, and then tell me your opinion on if that punishment is really "just."

Personally, I think it's a load of crap. Especially with where he was found living. Your going to commit something like this, and pretty much be "awarded" for it, he goes from street to free room and food. Whoopdido, some PUNISHMENT. Times like these you don't play this kind of crap with our sense of "justice." You return it back to him ten-fold in my opinion.

For starters "a snuff film that went sour in the end" don't they all?

Besides that, the point was, this kind of shit happens in the world, and it was a perfect example of why I see faults in our justice system.

Well a snuff film ends with someone dying. The girl escaped hence the term 'snuff film gone sour'. And yes I agree the justice system sucks. It's to corrupt and spends alot of time taking money from people instead of dishing out real justice.

Honestly it suck there are people in general, whithout us i have a feeling the world would not be in its current decaying state.

Not entirely true, chance the world could of just up and went "KABOOM!" if the human race was around, and actually, would this planet even be known if it wasn't for us? In which case would it matter? :P

After his arrest he was charged for life-time in prison..What else do you want him to go through ..He will never drive a car,he will never see a girl he will never walk outside ever again .. i think it's enough.

Alright, but think of it this way, he was also found living on the streets, meaning he had NOTHING. In my view he was rewarded, he went from no food to free food, and instead of sleeping out in the cold, he now has a bed. Sure, he can't see the outside world, but he went from nothing to free room and board.
