Forgotten Journal

[Lady Earth]

She was 17 when she wondered through the old house that used to be a gorgeous 18th century mansion. Her curiousity always go the best of her but not today. This day she found something that had been forgotten by the person who had hidden it here.

And as she took the old book in her hands and cleaned the dust of yaers on its cover, a story began to unfold under her eyes.

It's sad you know, how I once used to wait endlessly here for you. In this place that I thought so peaceful and quiet. Where everything seemed to stop so that you and I could just be one with the Earth. Where the great Oaks protected us with the shade from the rays of the sun and the eyes of those who thought our love wrong.

However, I no longer seek your warmth. Nor do I pray that you will return and be mine. No..My only wish is that one day after you return and find this journal, you will be able to read why I left you without more than a kiss.

I am not sorry nor will I ever be to have loved you...

June 8, 1895

The simplest of things can be quite beautiful when one takes the time to carefully examin them. Today I took my time and slowly walked through the garden my Aunt Julia cares for so much. Roses, Lilies, Violets, and Tulips adorned the place with thier intrecate colors that combine to make a ray of art within this place I've come to call home.

I was finally comvinsed by my aunt to write home and let my family know where I was. I did do as she asked of me...and at the end of the letter I have asked my father to keep any knowledge away from you.

Strange how all this time you had not crossed my mind until I wrote the letter. I have not given you much thought, nor do I shiver when your name of your family's name is mentioned.

It has not been easy...this emotion that you created in my heart, seems to be gone. I am no longer pained by the fact that you and I cannot be. For you see, there is another who has called upon my attention for the past three months.

I can't believe that it's been three months that I bought this Journal in which I now write? I'd always hated this things...and now I can't imagine myself without it. Although it's only been a few days ago that I decided to begin writing on it...

I can’t believe it! I just can’t! My sister told him where I was and he came…You came looking for me-even after all that happened?!! How care you? How dare you come back into my life?!! Further more, how dare my sister speak to you about me?

I thought you did not want to see me. Are you not betrothed to another?

I can’t allow my anger to take over…I can’t allow these feelings I had thought gone to come back. Not after Anthony had made me so happy. Unlike you, he makes me smile every time he looks at me. He sees things the way I do and never hesitates in speaking his mind. His emerald eye sparkle like diamonds every time he looks at me-I know for I have caught him more than once when he thought I was not looking

Unlike you he did not doubt his love for me and did as his father wanted. I left you without anger or regret. But now...

What shall I do with you?

this kinda reminds me of the book Twilight, if you have ever heard of it, I thought it was a really good book.

Yeah I have heard of it. My sister's a big fan of that. She's going to see the movie. I myself am not so called into reading the book or seeing the movie. And I love vampires...

I am also writing a Vampire novel maybe I'll post the firts chapter tomorrow, to see if people like it.

I have a friend who is also writing a vampire book, I think she just finished it, but I'm not sure.

Oh that is awesome!! I am still not done with mine. It will be a series of 12 books.
