dude,quit bein a D#*k,i admited i was wrong,i shoulda posted sumthing,i forgot,then psychosk8r sent me a message saying i got fired,so i was like,crap, i forgot to post an abbsence thingy,and that was that,ur rite,i was a horrible,staff,i didnt apply just to get a title tho,i tried to do my job,i stayd up all night doing work more than a few times

I'm not trying to be a dick as you so eloquently put it, it's just that your posts make it seems like the rest of the staff and the admins in particular are the bad guys in the situation when you failed to live up to the promises and obligations you made by joining staff, if I wanted to be a real hardass I could have just banned you from the site, but that's not how I do things, we are trying to bring people in, not lose them and for that we need a group of hard working dedicated staff members which unfortunately you were not

Did I say I was going to ban you? No I didn't, I said I could have but that I wasn't going to, as for uploading as much as them, that's not the issue, they happen to be particularly hard working staffers, my issue was w/ your overall lack of work, but really nejih, you need to stop taking things so personally, so it was decided that you were undesirable as a staffer at the current time, so what, it's not like you won't ever have a chance to work as staff on a website ever again, and you have the time that could have been taken up by work and such to watch anime now, so enjoy it, the only reason these replies continued coming was b/c you kept painting staff as the bad guys in this little production and I felt the need to set the record straight

well you should learn how to say you're sorry w/o it sounding like an indictment of others, next time maybe it could just be "I'm sorry I haven't been on, had some stuff in my personal life going on, and some school stuff, so I wasn't able to be on as much as I might have liked" although like I said before you were logged in most days more than enough to deal w/ staff work yet did none, that was our problem
