im back,i just had to figuer out sum stuff and i felt i couldnt complete my duties as a staff or as a member,but im back now,and got to get my activity up again-i missed u all so much-and i dont expect u to forgive me all at 1nc,o,and corwin if u could take away it saying dishonarably dischargd,it makes me feel bad

hey nejih long time no hear. i doubt Corwin will take that away considering that you were 'dishonorably discharged' but thats just my opinion. he might you never know. and welcome back buddy i missed you.

It's funny Nejih, you make it sound like you gave us notice that you were going to be absent or voluntarily resigned from staff, when in actuality, you haven't really done anything but sit in the forums all day long since Jack left, the way your post reads, it makes us out to be the bad guys, but I only took away your staff title and powers b/c you did not adhere to the rules and guidelines of a staff member, you seemed more interested in running around the forums flaunting your pretty blue name instead of doing any work, and while i know you're going to say that you didn't know what to do, it wasn't exactly hard to find work, we had a giant list of stuff to do when stage6 shut down, and there are always reports and requests even if you can't ul or dl, yes the Dishonorable Discharge will eventually be taken off your name, but I don't know if you'll ever be reinstated in a staff position, that's a matter for the entire staff to decide together

nice to meet u gabrieth,and i dont expect to be welcomed with open arms,or to get my staff title back,see,jack,always sent me a PM saying wat to do,i did it,and that was it,then i started dating again,and that took up alot of time,untill eventually i had no time at all,so,i set everything rite in my life,came back,and now plan on getting on everyday again,i missed u all so much,like 1000000,psychosk8r,koopa,and all my other friends

And that is understandable, but there were guidelines in place, if you were going to be absent you were supposed to let us know in the Absence Thread, if you felt you didn't have time to do your duties as staff you could have voluntarily resigned in which case we would have probably taken you back as soon as your life was straightened out, but let's face it, you seemed to be logged in 16-18hrs of the day in the forum, responding to a majority of the posts as they happened, giving us the impression that you had the time but chose to not use it except to play in the forums, and I know Jack used to tell you what to do, but he shouldn't have had to and I won't, I'm not your babysitter, it's not exactly hard to figure out what to do, Report Thread, Request Thread, and I told you that and gave you extensions on your time as staff twice at least, maybe three times, but you never once mentioned not having the time due to a personal life or being unable to carry out your duties, you said ok, I'll do it, and then nothing got done, it's not like I came to this decision by myself either, it was a staff decision based and what we had seen of your activity or lack thereof, we may not be getting payed for this gig but it's like a job, if you can't do what you're supposed to w/o a babysitter then don't apply, I know all this may seem a little harsh but frankly we have a lot of work and not enough time to do it

well ya,and then i stoped getting on completely,i added 1 episode then left,and yesterday was the 1st time id been on since that-im also only 13 and my proficiancy test are coming up so the last 4 mon.ive been dealing with that,NOW,IVE ONLY GOT 20 DAYS SO YA,ITS HARD TO BALLANCE IT ^_^

So what you're saying is that you knew that you didn't have the time to do this job, that you would frequently be offline, and that you would be making excuses constantly, but you still applied for the position, and still did not let us know when you went absent? great job there, just great, I wish we had a dozen more like you, so I could wake up every morning and pull my hair out at the roots
