New Videogame Lawsuit against Nintendo, Sony... Apple??

With videogames being sold at the many (And an apple device in just as many homes), there's bound to be people trying to cash in. Recently people have made lawsuits against the motion sensors in controllers, the wireless controller technology, the console itself, and now the wi-fi.

This article does make a good point though in that it's odd with the DS and PSP consoles not being hit with the lawsuit. I personally wonder why the fuck they waited 3 years before filing a lawsuit. What, did they not stop to look into the tech of their competitors?? Or do they just want to wait till there's more to take?

this is pretty stupid, like you have already stated their just trying to cash in, maybe due to the fact that PS3 and Wii have free online play, i have no clue about iphone but im sure theres something to it, but the fact that that its been years shows that theyre going for money, holding off till now has no point and its making them look pretty desperate to gain a profit

Sounds to me they are just mad they won't be the first ones out the gate with this technology. That or they are mad that they aren't raking in the money like these highly visible, highly public companies are. I think we are destined to see either a modest settlement from the 3 companies to this upstart, or the judge laughing the idiots at Bandspeed out of court.

well post who wins the law suit i think nintendo will surivie with the jury nintendo has always had clean games and has made the wii giveing old people fun bowling baseball in there resting homes and gave the queen a golden wii even so nintendo has the public vote i think.

either way it's bs to wait 3 years just to see how well their popularity is and try to sue them once those companies are getting the profits flying in.
