we ont have class 2day bcuz of a h1n1 virus...
but i ask is it ok...to have classes suspended just becuz...two students are positive?...i mean......

its not that serious..its just s common flu...think abt. it

Alright....

The virus was very wide spread in mexico where it caught much of the population. The big deal is that nobody is very sure how it spreads and how well it can. People have died from it and that's enough of a freak out to close down a public area to prevent it from spreading. It's pretty common, and they'll likely open it back up when they are sure that the area is decontaminated.

That is stupid.
Those who are dying from the H1N1 flu are the ones who have weak immune systems such as the elderly, infants/toddlers, or the people who are already suffering with another disease. Not to mention that people die from the regular seasonal flu every year already.

The media is making a big deal out of nothing.

...uhmmm!,.i agree but still,.you never know if your immune system's that great that you can't be affected by the virus!,.its deadly yeah even though that's the case,.i also agree that it's not that threatening coz its mortality rate isn't high!,.

its deadly but its curable!,.

but come to think of it!,.the virus is very easy to transfer from one person to another and it can cause to slow down of the economy!,.not all people in a particular country can afford the vaccine!,.

take it from me coz i live in a not so good country!,.(thrid world which is philippines!,.

during the the school's opening,.lots and lots of famous schools here are suspending their classes due to 1 or two student who are postive!,.good thing my scholl's not one of those who suspend classes!,.though our temperature were checked beofre entering the school's premises!,.

we can't afford to let the virus spread specially to those people who cant afford the vaccine!,.we'll know for sure that they'll die!,.

i think that's why the media's making a big fuss about it coz it can cause the slowing of the economy!,.

look at mexico!,.i read an article that after the h1n1 issue started,.their tourism slowed down,.even though we have to agree they've got nice beaches!,.

and i have this friend,.uhmmm!,.he lived somewhere in uk!,.just not sure were to be exact!,.he's like somewhere in europe!,.and he said that their city has blocked their people inside and didn't allowed others to enter their city!,.

i hope i make sense!,.
