Most disturbing boss battle ever?

Okay, this thread is very simple... What is the most disturbing boss battle ever? For me it would have to be the boss battle in " Earthbound " agianst Giygas. If any of you have ever played this game you'll know why i say this. For those of you who haven't, here is a small dose as to why Giygas is so terrifying.

Anyone who's actually played EarthBound to the finish should be saying Gigyas for this thread, because there really is no contest. He made "IT HUUUUURRRTSSSS NEESSSSSSSSSSS" a quotable quote for any situation.

Barinade from Ocarina of Time. Not only did it look nasty and had it's guts blown apart, but you were fighting the damn thing in Lord Jabu-Jabu's stomach.

Zant seemed so mean and cool all throughout Twilight Princess, then you get to fight him and goes batshit insane. Pretty messed up guy he was.

I don't recall the name, but if you played resident evil 2 then perhaps you know what I'm talking about. It was somewhere past halfway, toward the end of the game and you get stuck in this small room with this gross beast monster crawling slowly toward you on the floor. You've got nowhere to run, and the only thing you can do is f*cking unload on this thing until it's dead or you are. I think I wasted all my ammo on this beastf*ck and it died just in front of me as I was firing acid shells at it's face. All the while I'm yelling "WHY WON'T YOU F*CKING DIE!!!".

Yeah, finally facing him in the Twilight Realm was a "WTF?" moment for me.

It almost made the Palace of Twilight not entirely completely terribly shitty and the worst dungeon ever made in any 3D Zelda game.

The Palace of Twilight was annoying, and not one of my favorite dungeons to go through.

I am to guess you where playing through as Claire and this is after chief irons gets his side torn open and the thing crawls out of him. Most disgusting boss would have to be none I don't think there is one disgustingly difficult yes but not just disgusting.
