Well, well.... at last, an (almost) informed person.
The word GOD means the highest being, the creator. God in English, MEANS Allah in Arabic as you already know.

And Islam does not see Mohamad as THE massenger of God, he was the last one, and the one whose the Quran was sent to. Just like Jesus and the Bible, Moses and the Torah.
