well its also how media is urging teens and such, who really dont care about about politics or know who to properly vote for, into voting... most people just go with the crowd, voting for whoever popular not knowing who they are actually contributing for.

i think almost every form of government would do fine under best case scenarios... but that is hardly the case, and people sometimes want change... not knowing that they are changing for the worst, then for the better.

Aristotle once divided the forms of governing based on 158 laws of Greek polis (town-state) on good: (monarchy, aristocracy and republic) and bad (tyranny, oligarchy and democracy).

I believe Communism can be successful, but it never will because of equality reasons, for Communism to exist there would have to no jealousy for other's pay etc. Fascism , I believe would not succeed, it proved to be a mistake in two instances (popular instances). Oligarchy, rule of the rich, well this would succeed if the "elite" knew what they were doing and only seek to benefit the public, but we all know that's not what the "elites" are thinking...money is all they're thinking. I actually believe Monarchy could work, unless of course he was muppeted by the elites thus forming a hidden oligarchy.

I believe Democracy would be a good choice, but limited democracy, such as where the people don't vote for every tiny topic. Limited Democracy would strain less people.

If everyone agreed to follow the constitution when voting, I see nothing wrong with a full democracy. And when I say full, I mean full- national laws are voted on by the entire populace, local by local populace. Even with the constitutions vague language, the general rulemaking process would follow the lines set down by the fathers of the country. If we find out later that we didn't want that rule, we vote again to remove it. In a republic, we elect representatives to make the rules for us- but individuals can be bought and sold. It's quite a bit harder to buy the country.

Of course, the three (very important) difficulties are these: one: I'm not entirely sure everyone will vote along constitutional lines, so we would need to have some filtering office to check whether an item is within the extreme definitions of the constitution. Those definitions have to be decided by someone fair, or something bad's gonna happen. Two: some group needs to determine what rules come to a vote, which is another way for this to fail. Three: we need a fast way for people to vote on a topic, or the process will be far too slow. I'd say an application on everyone's cell phone, but that could probably be hacked. Maybe public booths on every corner (like telephone booths) that hold the rules up for that days vote. As long as we could solve those problems, democracy is the way of the future, at least for the U.S.
