lol yeah i agree... all the genres overlap these days its hard to tell the diff sometimes..

i hate all the 256 sub-genres of metal, and the 348 of electronic music (slight exaggeration). those two are the worst culprits. but, sometimes it's the opposite, rather than dividing it all up, just lumping it together, like calling <b>everything</b> "emo" or "indie". i'm thinking about calling my new album "the death of the genre" as it will have a huge range of different styles of music on it, but that title sort of suggests that my music is in some way influential which it definitely isn't, so i'll think of a different title.

hahahaha well thank for replys and gamonet did u say u are in a band and if so what do u play/do. im a drummer partly the reason why i loke trance haha. but i would like to know

I make solo music using my comp, guitar, keyboard and vox, and release it all for free on the net. Varies in style from death metal to trance and everything in between. There are links in my signature. Good drummers are hard to come by. You the double-kick type, jazzy brush-stick, simple 8-beat stuff? Or one of those crazy 32-tom-kit types?
