I have an account but I have not been able to play it. Today is another trial run so I'm going to give it a go and see if it's any fun....after work that is... and hopefully it's at least entertaining. Otherwise we're going to have to wait until Jan...16?? I think?? for the full alpha version to come out.

Yeah, I was surfing around gamestop's website, looking for something else on a whim and checking release dates on stuff to see what's coming out, and I noticed FusionFall looks to be a monthly subscription after full release, there is even a "special edition" of it available for sale, which I assume just is some goodies and a code for some in-game items that are only available if you purchase the "special edition". Since I doubt it will contain an actual cd/dvd, since the game is going to be browser based, meaning no dl or installation. But it does mention that one of the bonuses is a 4-month free subscription so I have no idea if it's still going to be a free game to play after this last beta test today, or if it's going to be another one of those games like Runescape, where you can only access 50% of the game content, areas, and items on a free account.

I have an account but my stupid ISP blocked the ports so I can't play. I'm never able to play any MMOs and my parent's don't want to call the ISP and tell them to open the ports. Everyone around me are idiots!

Been keeping track of this game since I was at the announcement for it at 2007 ComicCon in San Deigo, and played some of the beta, and I gotta say, I'm pretty dissapointed. The web based interface is better than I thought it was going to be, but you can do only so much graphics wise through the internet, and from playing in beta, the client really slows your computer down, even after you close it (forcing you to pretty much reboot your computer after you play). In short, it seemed like it was going to be kinda nifty, but in the end... meh. Really not worth paying for it, maybe would mess around in it if it was free, but not worth a monthly subscription imo.

Ya I just played it, sucks balls. They obviously didn't think to much about the game play, well at least not in terms of the more experienced game players. A very young child might like the lame shooting and jumping around, but they didn't make the game play very well. And for some reason you can't dodge any attack and the enemies can't dodge your attacks either, so you're sitting there and just clicking the mouse hoping to kill the monster first....VERY LAME!! It deserves a 1/10.

Ok, i played Fusion Fall for like 30 minutes or so. The customization was fun to play around with, gameplay was entertaining, and the controls worked pretty smoothly(well for me it did). But i don't see myself paying monthly, just to play it.

It's going to be like the Runescape game, it seems. You only get limited access in a free acount.
