Welcome to the AnimeFuel Community Forums, I'm the owner of this website Demon fox and lucky for you I'm not here to use my ninja skills on yah, plenty of time for that later I assure you. Instead I'll be telling you a little about this place.

As you should be able to tell by now you are not registered with us as of yet and probably need a good reason to do so. Between you and I we both know you're a lazy bastard and so if you don't even want to listen to the rest of my introduction speech you may as well just go register.

Otherwise here's what you can do on our forums once you've registered. When you register you will be able to chit chat in our forums, entertain yourself with games and share videos with other members. The forums allows you to get access to free downloads shared by members, fast and direct support with video problems from members and staff and make anime requests which are priortized above anyone else's.

There are many more things you can do but our aim is to bring together a community of video fans where you can feel comfortable and make lots of friends around the world. God knows you need them.

So get your butt over to the registration page and join my I mean OUR community. Oh and one more thing watch out for a crazy guy with a gun he's wandering around somewhere in these pages and you'll probably see him if you become really slack with the forum.

This message will self destruct once registration is completed.

Sorry to say but you are going to fail and this thread will deleted sooner or later. Some one already tried to do the same thing and got banned and no one listened and we all continued to watch anime online. Whatever you say no one will listen and will just continue to watch anime online.

So really all you are doing is posting crap that no one will listen to. =/

Savke, the Japanese Anime Industry is more dependent on the American industry than you might think. If the American Industry were to go under, the Japanese Anime industry would take a rather large hit whether you would like to believe it or not.

Also I am going to correct what I stated before. I said the Anime industry would die. Not what I meant to put down and I am sorry for any confusion on that. I meant to say that the American Industry would die.

In reply to Aki's message. Sadly I know its going to happen. Most people are too close-minded to give a damn. Everyone on here that is going to post is going to be against it and argue their point even if it doesn't make sense.

With that said, I am going to leave this thread to be buried or deleted. I have found a more successful manor for helping this issue that doesn't involve arguing with the fanboys that support this problem.

Anyways, It was a delight talking to you for the hour that I did (if that long) :).

Goodbye!

I don't get why people are yelling at you for posting this, it's a legitimate point, maybe one controversial to people who like to think they are always doing the right thing and can't stand to think that they help contribute something illegal and/or hurtful, but a valid point nonetheless.

I think what is going on here is not a degeneration of the anime industry, but a degeneration of anime licensing and foreign distribution. The reason why fans turn to fan-subbed online videos are because they are quick, easy, and free to watch online. Fans are impatient with long import times and poor dubs, they seek to enjoy the animes uncut and as close to the original as possible, at the quickest time possible from airdate in Japan. Hence so many American licensors focusing on having free subtitled anime to view online as they air in Japan this past year.

We may get to the point where companies realize that there may be no need to keep pouring so much effort into localizing and just getting the anime out to the fans. People in Japan get to watch the anime on tv for free anyways, and the internet allows overseas fans to do the same. It's only in other countries where anime is treated as a niche or novelty area, in Japan it's considered normal television, and treated as such, with the ups and downs experienced by any television programs. The anime industry won't die within 3 years, what I expect is for it to just become uniform all around, with free instant high quality programming available straight from the legitimate sources, no fan-subbers or torrents required.

What's hurting anime (which is not a problem exclusive to anime) is the people who continue to watch and distribute the material yet downright refuse to support or even to encourage support for the medium at all. They just refuse to pay for anything ever. If this expands to a reasonable amount, it can make an impact. The true fans who do enjoy viewing shows for free while still supporting their releases by getting the DVDs and contributing bring a nice balance that the industry is starting to respect and cooperate with.
