Chapter 1: The Nightmare from Hell and A New Appearance

Heart beating rapidly, it felt like it just might burst. The smell of blood filled the air. Everywhere I looked it screamed death. the Earth was dying along with it's people.
My precious ones were dead. I gripped my head tightly and heard a loud cackling from above. My gaze lifted towards a wicked man, balanced on an aged and cracked cement cross. "This is what happens when you mess with the Lord of Shadows and Darkness, Randolph!," he exclaimed. "And now, because you refused to help the earth, everything and everyone you once knew
is dead!"
The "Lord" laughed aloud once more and yelled, "The Guardians have fallen! We have won!" There was cheering around me. I finally realized, I was surrounded by shadow beasts.
I sank to my knees, knowing it's my fault, that I'm to blame. The tears streamed down my face as I stared at my fallen comrades. The demon, the werewolf, the warlock and the angel, the merman and the vampire. The vampire's body was pierced with large silver daggers, the merman was electrocuted to the bone, the werewolf was twisted and broken, the warlock was cut up all over till the final blow to the heart was mad, the angel's wings were brutally torn off and was stabbed to death, and the demon was beaten to death, hit in the vital organs, his legs were crushed under large boulders.
They were all cover in their own and each others blood, their faces not yet peaceful, even in death.
The Lord of Shadows and Darkness spread his black wings and swept me up three hundred feet off the ground and gently placed me on the edge of a cliff. "It's your choice," he said softly, as if not to frighten me. As I wasn't already frightened. "Kill yourself or we kill you." I stared at him with a dead look then stared at the sky. The clouds were dark and the sky was colored a bloody red.
"I'll do it myself," I murmured lifelessly. He smiled and said,"Wise choice, final Guardian." The Lord walked up to me, grabbed my chin and pressed his cool lips against mine. His lips moved around mine, soft yet urgent, and slowly traced my lips with the tip of his tongue. Our lips parted and he stroked my cheek. He could do whatever the hell he wanted. It didn't matter to me any longer.
I stared into his sad blue eyes as he grabbed my hand and pressed it to his cheek. His soft gray hair tickled my palm. "It really is a shame," he said. He sighed as I slowly stroked his cheek softly and stopped at the 5th time.
Why not let him suffer with my death by giving slight affection? I was horrified at myself subconsciously but at the moment I didn't care. "I've grown quite fond of you with the time we've shared together. Oh, I do so wish you could become my lover but all the Guardians must die." Randolph pressed his lips to mine once more.
I slowly closed my eyes and turned from him, walking forward. He held my hand until it slipped away by the distance between us. I stepped to the very edge of the cliff.
I took another step into nothing but air and then i began to fall.
Three minutes passed by and I'm past halfway to the ground. I prayed I would be with them again. "I hope..." I thought. My fall was coming to and end. I was three feet from the ground. Then everyhing blacked out.
