just a random question...how many of you get enough sleep on a regular basis? like, 8 hrs or more. because i always get 7 and i'm getting soooo tired....*yawn* nya...see what i mean.?

Hmmm I get anywhere from 2-6 hours of sleep at night usually. I take naps during the day though, hee hee.

I work nights so when I get home in the morning I'm usually so ready to sleep. I can sleep like all day long...so yeah I usually get plenty of sleep 8 - 10hrs....I love to sleep lol.

Hm..Depends. Sometimes I won't sleep at all, sometimes I'll get 9 hours, and sometimes anything in between that.

Usually 3 hours a night. But after the lack of sleep catches up with me I can sleep anywhere from 9-12 hours

it varies, some nights I won't sleep for 48-72hrs, then I'll sleep 9-10hrs after that, but most nights I try for 6 and get anwhere from 4-7, once in a while that will start to catch up to me and I'll just keep going back to sleep on a day when I have nothing to do until I've had about 12hrs of sleep after which I usually pull an all nighter

i havnt had a full 8 hrs of since i was 14. i usually get 4 a night so i consider that natural for me cuz when i have the opportunity to sleep more my body automatically wakes up after like 5 hours

It varies. Sometimes I can stay up all night, and go all day, then the next night I need about 9 or 10 hrs. Most days 5 or 6 hrs are enough for me.

My bodie normal doesn't let me sleep for more then 5 hours. but i'm sure after i get out of the military i'll catch up on my sleep lol ^-^

I get about 2 hours of sleep a day. I usually go to bed at 4am and wake up at 6am. My dad wakes me up before he goes to work sometimes because he thinks its funny to see me jump out of the shower soaking wet.
