Welcome to the AnimeFuel Community Forums, I'm the owner of this website Demon fox and lucky for you I'm not here to use my ninja skills on yah, plenty of time for that later I assure you. Instead I'll be telling you a little about this place.

As you should be able to tell by now you are not registered with us as of yet and probably need a good reason to do so. Between you and I we both know you're a lazy bastard and so if you don't even want to listen to the rest of my introduction speech you may as well just go register.

Otherwise here's what you can do on our forums once you've registered. When you register you will be able to chit chat in our forums, entertain yourself with games and share videos with other members. The forums allows you to get access to free downloads shared by members, fast and direct support with video problems from members and staff and make anime requests which are priortized above anyone else's.

There are many more things you can do but our aim is to bring together a community of video fans where you can feel comfortable and make lots of friends around the world. God knows you need them.

So get your butt over to the registration page and join my I mean OUR community. Oh and one more thing watch out for a crazy guy with a gun he's wandering around somewhere in these pages and you'll probably see him if you become really slack with the forum.

This message will self destruct once registration is completed.

Democracy of the people if properly implemented. Time for America to get BACK to that plan.

Most interesting idea a friend had lately for US.. Get rid of congress elections. Make it a draft where everyone is in pool and servers 3-4 years then is DONE. No lobbiest, no campaign corruption. Representation by each area's people.

nice idea. i said democracy but the video i posted in the political section says the US is something else. the country is slowly turning into a socialist nation and basically spitting in the faces of the founding fathers.

well many of them work in theory, but not in practice. Those with order discount the influence of chaos, and those with chaos fall apart without order.

If we're just going off theory here, I'd go with republics...otherwise I'd fall back on communism.

At least in monarchy or communism there is NO BS about being for the people by election then doing nothing you promised to get there. IMHO

America was founded as a Republic just so you guys know, we need to get BACK to a republic, Democracy is rule of the people. Republic is when people choose who they want to represent. Don't get it mixed up, if this country was a democracy people would have to vote everything!

Such statements are regarded as uncontroversial--but consider their implications. If voting is truly our most fundamental right, then all other rights--including free speech, property, even life--are contingent on and revocable by the whims of the voting public (or their elected officials). America, on this view, is a society based not on individual rights, but on unlimited majority rule--like ancient Athens, where the populace, exercising “the most fundamental right of citizenship,” elected to kill Socrates for voicing unpopular ideas--or modern-day Zimbabwe, where the democratically elected Robert Mugabe has seized the property of the nation's white farmers and brought the nation to the verge of starvation--or Germany in 1932, when the people democratically elected the Nazi Party, including future Chancellor Adolph Hitler. Would anyone dare claim that America is thus fundamentally similar to these regimes, and that it is perfectly acceptable to kill controversial philosophers or to exterminate six million Jews, so long as it is done by popular vote?

Contrary to popular rhetoric, America was founded, not as a “democracy,” but as a constitutional republic--a political structure under which the government is bound by a written constitution to the task of protecting individual rights. “Democracy” does not mean a system that holds public elections for government officials; it means a system in which a majority vote rules everything and everyone, and in which the individual thus has no rights. In a democracy, observed James Madison in The Federalist Papers , “there is nothing to check the inducements to sacrifice the weaker party or an obnoxious individual. Hence it is that such democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention [and] have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property.”

The right to vote derives from the recognition of man as an autonomous, rational being, who is responsible for his own life and who should therefore freely choose the people he authorizes to represent him in the government of his country. That autonomy is contradicted if a majority of voters is allowed to do whatever it wishes to the individual citizen. The right to vote is not a sanction for a gang to deprive other individuals of their freedom. Rather, because a free society requires a certain type of government, it is a means of installing the officials who will safeguard the individual rights of each citizen.

What makes America unique is not that it has elections--even dictatorships hold elections--but that its elections take place in a country limited by the absolute principle of individual freedom. From our Declaration of Independence, which upholds the “unalienable rights” of every individual, among which are “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” to our Constitution, whose Bill of Rights protects freedom of speech and the freedom of private property, respect for individual liberty is the essence of America--and the root of her greatness.

Thus America should be a constitutional republic again.....I rest my case.

Democracy when done correctly is the best for the people. The us is basically a free market government now so they need to go back to their roots. Now if you don't beleive in human rights communism can run like a machine. Just look at China.

Well put CryticX. I also say that A republic is the best of the given choices.

I would have gone with socialist if I did not already know that the human factor in the government would ruin it. For evidence that a socialist system would not work look at the former USSR. The idea was sound. But those in office quickly became corrupt with the authority given to them. The same happened in China, North Vietnam, and North Korea. If we could remove the need for people to run the government than a socialist society would work perfectly.

It really is to bad that people are so easily corrupted by power.......
