No. Guys are not "more" emotional than we think. They are just as much emotional as females. Their mentality is different therefore they often don't show emotions. But in general females and males are equally emotional.
And most of those silly behaviors you have mentioned here, we could apply on both: females as well males. I don't see so many differences. Plus, I believe it is just an individual thing.
