ya they've made and tested one I believe. the bad ass thing is it was supposed to be bigger, but they thought it would be unstable. those crazy reds.
there's another video of it somewhere showing the damage in relation to the city of London. essentially the immediate blast alone would incinerate the city. the suburbs would just have to deal with fire instead of air.
