Sweet! Ok I know tons of animes but pure joy... i know u mean to not think of it dirty but of course the thought crossed my mind...sorry it's habit...so do you mean like a plot with no real sad parts/harsh time and a happy go merry type ending? Or a happy ending with some drama...sad moments? Most of the plots these days are all love or fighting based so which do you want for joy to entertwine with? Need a bit more detail and do u have a preference in animation, as in does it have to be old-school, high detail, or just anything? Sorry I ask way to many questions... :P My preference is sad or fighting so yeah i have everything but focus mainly on those so I have to grab my binders to give ya a long list.
Oh yeah but try Buso Renkin it's really funny and has good fighting scenes and i fully agree with ronave182 u have got to watch GTO "Great Teacher Onizuka" if you have not seen it yet!!
