it doesn't bother me, to be honest it's not like I was using Spanish all that much, that's part of the problem, french or spanish, being the two most common languages taught in the english school system are close to becoming a mandatory requirement just to get out of high school, but your average student doesn't seem to use the language more than once in a great while in which case it loses all meaning and they don't retain the knowledge, it would be different if I lived in a predominantly spanish speaking portion of the country for example, then I would have used it on a daily basis I imagine and have no problem recalling it, but at least spanish seems like a good choice for a mandatory school course, who the hell is using french on a regular basis in the US though? seems to me like it would be better to teach Japanese, not only would a lot of students(otaku) prefer it, Japanese and English are fast becoming the international languages of business, so it could have practical applications in the future

Today I shall be meeting with interference, ingratitude, insolence, disloyalty, ill-will, and selfishness-all of them due to the offenders' ignorance of what is good and evil.
-Marcus Aurelius

no solo por lo que eres
sino,
por lo que soy
cuando estoy contigo
