considering this I must wonder why you would need soundproof walls it seems you have forgotten to consider a few good points in life.
Blueprints in a zombie apocalypse are about as useful as a piece of paper in a zombie apocalypse.
I would research the local prisons to see the fortification of them for potential sanctuary purposes.
