I try to go all in to what a state IS, and then deconstruct what it is to show that it is not what you think it is.

To everyone who reads this, please go to where the local county/city prosecutor works, ask if he is busy if not ask does (such and such) traffic law apply outside of the state of (your state here) he will most likely say no it does not(if he claims it does, ask how its power extends outside of it's own limits) now ask if he brings cases to court in the name of the county/city/state. If he affirms that he brings cases to court under one of those names, ask if he represents that entity. Then when he affirm he does, ask if the county/city/state is the ground, he will most likely say "no it's more that that" ask how he proves presence within the county/city/state.
