An interview with Nintendo Pesident Satoru Iwata held talks about the new successor to the DS handheld line (And that means a change like from the gameboy color to the GBA to the DS), which will likely have much better visuals and motion sensing (?).
You may remember that so far motion sensing has only existed on 2 games ever in the handheld line of games: A tilt sensing game on the gameboy involving Kirby, and a Warioware game on the GBA that involved rotation and spinning the handheld around to solve puzzles. How the next handheld will feature motion sensing is beyond me.
Also of note is the confirmation that a new Zelda title will be released this year on the Wii. For those of you who remember, Twilight Princess was originally developed to be a Gamecube title and not a Wii title. There have been rumors the last several years that the new title would use the Wii Motion Plus. While Twilight Princess was an excellent game on the Wii, it could have been far much more.
Oh, and it's possible that the game will be a sequel to Twilight Princess. Anyone else excited?
