Default Get ready, TGS is in two weeks!

Yes, Japan's version of E3 is coming up, the Tokyo Game Show, with the show floor opening on the 24th to industry and video game news sites/magazines/whatever and ending on the 27th.

Odd about this show is that Microsoft will be attending in order to try and push their 360 console in what has otherwise been a weak territory for them, and Nintendo who leads in all market areas will not be attending. Damn.

On the plus side though, Sony, Sega, Square Enix and Konami will all be showcasing new games.

Are there any games you hope come out of the land of the rising sun and into your living room? Are you disappointed about the lack of Nintendo, or worried about the presence of Microsoft? Do you think that this show will help to re-shape the gaming market in any way?

The only way to find out is to come by to see my TGS dedicated thread where I'll be bringing you as much info as I can, coming the day of the event.
