what if organ donors were to donate their brains to a project entailing a massive super brain that could make all decisions. Just grab all the people that are going to have the plug pulled, but instead hook their brain up so that they could just sensibly vote on important government issues. As more brains came in the system would only become more accurate in it's voting, would it not? It would eventually constitute generations of minds that could work unbiased to one another and provide unquestionable authority. If you didn't like it, you could always submit your brain to the program and you'd become an eternal judiciary! It has the "freedom" of democracy and the iron fist of a dictator. the best of both worlds! two heads are better than one, but a billion heads could easily crush all in the name of good.
