Best form of government is fascism because everything is done efficiently and effectively and you get a charismatic ruler who is a loose cannon and won't stop until he has the world is his grasp or die trying. Or make up a new form of government, why be restricted with types already established? How about a type of government where the power is distributed in some odd, arbitrary fashion and involves awesome robot police?
If nothing works out, then revert back to feudalism.
Also a peanut is not a pea or a nut it is classified as a legume.
