So the way to stop guns in schools, is to give out more guns? As if you're going to make firearms training a prerequisite for school teachers. Sam's got it right, it's absurd. While teachers may have a stressful job, and the threat of firearms in schools can be real (in some places), it's not to say that the solution to guns is to hand out guns to those who don't have them. That just means that if something does break out, there's more guns firing, and a higher probability of unnecessary injury/death. Maybe, think about putting security guards or something like that in first, before you decide to give a gun to somebody doling out textbooks.
