country X fights country(s) Y to "protect" it's (X's) people. But the reality is that it's fighting to have country Y's forsaken oil.
Wars nead guns, "weapons", in other words.
These weapons are made with some will earned "taxes"
And of course, homelessness is directly related to wars (aka Guns) and the inability for paying taxes.

Well, we have people not suited to be a nation's leaders (generally speaking). The government by itself is just a term, it is the governors that are causing the problems.
