It has to be the "Goverment", these things are the root of all this world's troubles, why?

Well, in their search for fame, wealth and power, wars has to be raged and "fought in the name of thier people's finanical and social stability''
Example:
country X fights country(s) Y to "protect" it's (X's) people. But the reality is that it's fighting to have country Y's forsaken oil.

Wars nead guns, "weapons", in other words.
These weapons are made with some will earned "taxes"

And of course, homelessness is directly related to wars (aka Guns) and the inability for paying taxes.

So all in all, FU goverments =)
