It's a slow anime, it won't change. It's just like an ordinary life. That's why it has got it's own charm.
If you think it's boring I wouldn't recommend to watch the whole story. Watch it if you are fed up with those cliffhanger, action animes and you want something different which clams you down, and you can see yourself in it and laugh.
