well . . . it really depends on what type of anime you like if its action heres my list:

bleach
black cat
dnangle
d. gray-man
Trigun
(current of 4 hourly changing top 5)
Trinity Blood
Elfen Lied (warining! warning! extreme violence and nudity)
and more

but if your into romance anime i dont know many

sci-fi:
.hack(dusk/luminality/sign/roots)

horror
Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni

(\/ not yet finnished with)
Tsubasa and Outlaw Star are also good anime to watch
and thats all i can think of right now if you want more lemme know and if i cannot find an anime you like ill refer you to someone else
