You may not think it is dangerous but it is. Period. It is. Studies show it is as dangerous as driving while under the influence but not yet illegal. My friend was talking on the phone while on the way home telling his mom that he would be home in about 30 min driving on a road he had gone by hundreds of times. End that call. He was charged for the deaths. It happens more often than you think he was 17.
