Leave it to the dreamers to dream, I suppose, huh? These little Lennon-ism ideas are fine and dandy, but darn near impossible any way you look at it. Cultural individuality is something highly regarded in every culture, as it should be, and thus we're talking about throwing away pure human nature (the strive for cultural identity is embedded in us permanently, and has been since the development of individual civilizations) in order to form something bigger and better. I can't see this working at all.
