Just to clear this up, to make a picture go to a link (like, making your siggy go to anime fuel) you need to do this:
[URL=<AF URL>[IMG]<URL>[*/IMG][*/URL]
(Or maybe the other way around...)
Except you need to fill in the places where it says URL and get rid of the *
