Go FBI Power!

So I was browsing the headlines, and something caught my eye. It was, "State governor held in US probe." So I clicked, read, and lol'd.

Story: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/7773717.stm

Any thoughts about this? Anyone? Throw a member a bone, here...

I read about it. It's despicable that he would sell it. In this, it means he didn't care which party got in. It could have been Mr. Burns for all he cared, so long as he got paid for it.

I hope that they prosecute him fully for this and all the other things. I'd also like to stop and remind everyone at this point that this is wrong no matter who you are, this isn't an issue about political parties, it's an issue about how far some people will push their power.

That bastard prick was gonna sell Wrigley Field. And blocking state aid to the Chicago Tribune what the fuck's wrong wid em; That's a good paper.

Disrespecting the state of Illinois, he's gonna pay big time.

Language....

This will likely draw alot more attention if he was a supporter of Obama, or if Obama supported him. On this note, who takes his place? The Attorny General?

Wow, that's sad. At least we caught him before any real damage was done, eh? I can't imagine what kind of things someone with the wrong intentions could do in that seat.
Poor Illinois. :O

i love the governor's comments during the press conference and how he thinks he can get away with it. well i thought i heard on the radio he was in jail but made bond.

Nightmare 12-10-2008 12:11 AM

That's just not right. He should go to jail for the rest of his life. something like that is a serious federal offense. Also the people he was talking about it to should be looked at very closely.

lol good ridance they fined him, finally the government does something right

Nightmare 12-10-2008 12:49 AM

Ya I'll say.

C0nspiracy 12-10-2008 12:50 AM

i saw the bigger picture in this; they were actually covering up the fact that they tried to fill the u.s main water supply with female hormones, dude.

@Am0: you're playing into the government game, dude, don't believe it.

all in all, another 'scandal' in politics to cover up the truth
