I step onto the Mat intentions to win
opponent glares, bouncing reving his blood
whistle sounds sending chills like cool winds
i react starting at his ankles similar to a flood
as he topples i attack intending to win
he sprawls out as i mutter"next time, next time im in"
a fake trip made him react,but one toss sent him to his back
toes remaining behind the lines
the crowd goes dead, they had forgotin what i intend
as the ref nods,the arena explodes like mines,
cutting the hopes of many like razor blades to a piece of twine
no lies,no ties, coaches yelling "he's not in"
as the eyes of many see my hand raised
i smirk looking at the crowed whispering"i intended to win"
