New tech that sucks or not worth it.
 

I'm a pretty big tech guy myself, any chance to buy a new toy I'm willing to do it if it's reasonable and something I'd enjoy but lately it seems like the current tech seem like failed experiments or way to expensive in today's economy. example:

3D tv's: I wear glasses personally and I can say for me it's way more of a hassle trying to wear the 3D glasses over my regular ones. Along With that It seems like once the glasses are lost or broken your tv is useless until their replaced.

IPads: Now as much as I like o play angry birds $500 for a pad that can't be insured seem a bit crazy. Myself personally I fell for that kinda money when you can get a good laptop for $200 less and use the remainder money for gas >_>.

These are Just two off of the top of my head. Feel free to add more if you can think of any.
