Pretty awesome chapter 497. The damn fox is strong. But OMG Naruto's mother! This is interesting. She'll be able to force the hate out of Naruto then., I suppose that's why she's there.

Well, Minato was the lock for taking out the seal but he already use that lock...so his mother is the lock to stop the fox from taking Naruto's mind. Something like that.

Anyway.! I gotta admit, Naruto being able to body slam the Kyuubi in sage mode was pretty bad ass too. I don't know, that would make him seem like a copycat of Sasuke, it wouldn't be very original. If Naruto was to gain a weapon, I'd say at least make it a kodachi, or short sword, like Gamabunta has.::D:

Hell yes. The strength you get from sage mode is just wow. The Kyuubi's tails were his downfall on that part. They're too big and long to not be grabbed. lol

Yea I see what you're getting at. I think it would be similar to Sasuke as well, that's the only thing. I just like it because it doesn't really have a form and it's said that wind swords and that of the like can cut through any other sharp weapon.:hands:

I understand, and on some level I can see that. But to be honest, Naruto could counter Sasuke's lightning sword simply by channeling his wind affinity into a Kunai. In either case, Naruto should holler at Tenten on the subject, I'm sure she could get him a weapon suitable for him to counter Sasuke's. It'd be the one time since the rescue of Gaara that she would be useful again.

Typical Kishi-sama, he finally gives us a great female character and she'll be gone by the end of the next chapter. At least this is his chance to slip in a K.G. for Naruto without completly destroying the whole history of the manga.

Awesome chapter. I really enjoyed Naruto and Kushina's little chat. She is definitely one of my favorite characters now and Naruto finally knows who both of his parents are. Can't wait to see Naruto tame the fox.

I also think Kushina is a descendant of the Senju clan.?
