I hate spam with every fiber of my being. I now show you my method of mass-banishment in case AF somehow recovers from its decent into the dark ages, and purges itself from the monstrosities which are spam bots and fags. I'm dead serious people, it doesn't take expensive programing to fix the problem. Some smarts, and a minute amount of persistence is all it takes.

What you did bans the people that responded to the threads as well - not good! Seriously the problem has been fixed and it would have been immediately if it were brought up to my attention.

I know you're the new guy and all, and that being said you don't know the people who responded, but the majority of people that post these days are spammers. In fact, we (mostly I) have been trying to get rid of some of these people for ages. Some of them may be innocent. Hey, that's cool, that just means we go an unban them and apologize for our mistake.

Then again, if you were any good at running a website, you would have known this. Which you obviously aren't. I mean what's this. Making your first appearance ever when the site has already turned the shit and then proceeding to do virtually nothing at all? How about fixing the actual problems: the viruses, the other spammers, the hiring of a better staff (you know, someone who can actually do their job like I do), and just simply improving it. Not come in and go, "wut u did was wrong, mr funny bunny!!!!1111oneoneoneone >=[[[[[" Because any of us can go and do that, it's not hard. And while you're at it, make it so the current admins and staff have WP access. Last I heard, they didn't. Which means no updates, no fixes, no improvements.

Further more, you should learn from the previous owner and keep this site working like a well-oiled machine like it once did. The reason it climbed so high was because of this.

amen ryuu, what ryuu said hire more people who will actually do their jobs and this site will most likely regain it's former glory for being well kept.

Don't shit me, you just want some staff position so your epenis can grow. The site is updating, he has his own people. Ryuu is right, mostly. They probably don't need site staff, but forum staff. My suggestion is to scratch the forum, save the theme, and re-install vb. That should remove the viruses and the avatar problems etc.

I applaud you Ryuu, except I would just say he was focusing on the front page too much. Maybe he was using the auto update through iframe system so he doesn't worry too much.

LOL yeah i'm saying this because i want my epenis to grow. you got me there. active forum staff has been a problem here and you should know that. if the forums would be kept better there would be more people active here like there was before the site went down the crapper.

It doesn't need more staff, obviously it's getting updated. Forum maybe though......

OK fine let me introduce myself :
I am the person behind the coding and content of Fuel - I have been for almost 1 year now. I am not the owner but I do own a large % of the site. The reason why we didn't pay attention to the forum is this : it ran very well until a few weeks ago - that's why I had to step in to see what the situation is. Now let me address all issues posted above :
the viruses : where? If you see/pick up on your AV (even suspect) of a code that's malicious please let me know - post a new thread - it will be removed immediately. We had issues with some hackers not so long ago but now they are all fixed (at least should be).
the other spammers : again let me know - post here or ban them. If you have a valid reason behind it you should have no problem with that.
the hiring of a better staff : forum or site wise as there are 3 people working non stop on changing broken videos
simply improving it : we try every single day. We added over 10000 new episodes a few weeks ago, lots of new movies, different sources. Let me know if there are other areas that can use improvement.
admins and staff have WP access - Fuel no longer runs on WP - you should have felt the difference in load times - it uses custom script and access is only given to people that work in an office - that we can monitor. We can't grant access to the database but we can work out some kind of script where you can replace broken content if that is your idea.
We (me and the other owner) are not the enemy here. We simply found a locked forum with lots of bans and SPAM which we are taking care of now. If you get offended - we are sorry. We just try to keep fuel the way it was. Again - if any of the users or admin have any issues - please do not hesitate to contact us or even better - post it like a thread so that we can discuss it openly. Thanks.
