Chapter 2
Kite****Kite
When I finally woke up in the Hospital, I was already out of the emergency room. I felt fine in ever possible way even though I crashed into a wall, and I could move. I asked a doctor the question I wanted to know most.
" Is the boy alright?" I asked. I had forgotten the boy's name. Throughout the time I was awake and paralized I thought about it. Since we both crashed into the wall; he had to at least have a bruise. I was waiting for a responce from the doctor and he started to leave the room I was in.
" Hey! I was talking to you!" I shouted, but the doctor already left. Maybe I was still paralized, but a few minutes later the boy came in.
" Are you okay? I'm sorry, it's my fault that you got hurt and paralized. Please forgive me." he said faintly. I cocked my head at him like I was a German Sheperd. I was astounded that he was apologizing to me when I only did my aptitude of being a peacemaker in my world. Besides, I decided to save him.
"Hey," I said." Why are you apologizing to me when it was my fault getting myself into your trouble. I decided to save your butt, and I decided to to catch you in the first place. Anyways, I'm alright and who are you?" I asked and sat up. I then noticed that my clothes were gone.
" Do you know where my clothes are at?" I asked the boy. He shrugged and came over. He forced me back down on to the bed. I tried to sit up again, but he didn't let me.
" Even though I don't know where your clothes are, but you still need to stay in bed until you have recovered fully. When a family member picks you up, you can go, understand? My name is Sam."Sam said. I got ticked off after I heard that for a few reasons. First, my clothes were missing and was my only pair I have. Next, he's making me stay in bed even though I'm fully recovered and is still struggling to get up. Last, no family member is going to pick me up since I live alone and my parents are dead. I swear I don't regret what I did next, I punched him. Not hard enough to make him go flying like a bird, but hard enough to make him fall backwards. I got up and tried to leave, but a doctor stepped in with my clothes.
" Here is your clothes, young lady." the doctor said. I snatched them and tried to move around the doctor, but he grabbed me and dragged me back into the bed. I sat down and the doctor let my arm go.
" Okay, who are you? Your gaurdians name, your age, brithdate, and last name." said the doctor. They didn't know who I really was, so I did what I practiced which was a lie.
" My name is Lilli Gena. I'm 13 years old and born on December 5th. My parents are Rick Gena and Madison Gena." I lied. I was glad my apperance wasn't discovered. I didn't feel guilty that I lied. The doctor left and turned off the light. I layed down on the bed and counted to 30. I was about ready to escape when a voice scared me.
" Hey, are you asleep?" Sam asked. I than remember that Sam was still here. I sat up and thought I wasn't going to escape if he is there watching.
" What are you doing here? I thought you left." I whispered.
" They're making us share the same room for now. Besides, you nevered introduced yourself miss I-will-punch-you." Sam whispered back.
" I have a name and it's Lilli." I said in a regular voice.
" Now that's over I'm going to sleep." whispered Sam.

I turned away from Lilli. I couldn't belive she saved me. I heard Lilli's voice say," Good night Sam." It felt werid that they would make me stay here. I called dad, but he was to busy searching for the girl named Kite. She can kill be able to kill all the wizards who doesn't join us in one move. She is also the one who has a curse that killed her own parents. She even ran away from an orpanage when she was 5. Each night I always wondered what Kite looked like, act, eat, and everthing. People say that she's mean, eats fruits, and she lives in the woods. I won't belive that until I see that. I layed there wondering what could have happened if Kite saved me. I fell asleep.

I woke up at 9:01p.m. Sam was asleep now. I closed my eyes for a minute, listening for voices. I heard loud voices outside of the door. I listened carefully to them.
" The girl lied. We have to do it. We have to and I don't care if she's asleep. If she loses her memory, it's her falut. Listen, we have to do it now or she'll escape. I bet that the boy lied to." some said. I jumped out of bed and ran to the door. I pushed it open hard and fast. Happily, I hit a guard in the head with the door, and he got knocked out.
" What are they doing up?" yelled the doctor who had gave me my clothes back. I looked over my shoulder and saw Sam behind me. Out of the corner of my eyes a guard was rushing at us. I dodged him and kicked him in the stomach. I ran down the hall and Sam followed. I turned around and said," Wonder how you didn't reconize me? You had to do something to figure out I was lying was a big kick. I mean, I am the one and only Kite in this world. You guys are really stupid." The doctors and Sam looked at me as if struck by lightning. I was a run away girl who can't be stopped even by a army. I turned around and ran towards Sam. I grabbed him and got him on my back. I ran down the hall.
