The old sonic finally coming back?
http://kotaku.com/5355153/sonic-retu...new-2d-hd-game
Today, Sega has teased about the return of the blue hedgehog that made it to 3-D and struggled to find his place. Now, we are being teased with a fully 2-D sonic game, start to finish, on a console system, with a trailer to boot. They say that this new title will be released in 2010 in HD, suggesting that only the PS3 and 360 will play host to the game (The wii has generally gotten different sonic games than the other two systems anyway). Do you think that Sega can really deliver on this and bring back the fun that's been hiding back on the genisis console? |
OH YEAH!!!!! If this is true....I have ......I .....just.... I.....yeah...
AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! SO HAPPY!!!!!!!! |
i really hope so, i didnt really like the new sonic games, nothing beats the original, it makes me think of the new super mario bros game, i mean why not?
id love to see it come out, id buy it! sonic was the game i grew up on instead of mario bros so id like to see my favorite get a second chance at redemption! |
Lol, how many times have we heard "omg the old sonic is coming back" only to be severely disappointed? I mean, seriously...fucking werehogs?
Sonic Team will most likely to find a way to mess this up. They somehow manage to, every time. Bad music, bad voice acting, boring gameplay, it's always something. Usually several things. Sonic is dead. I'd like to think that they can revive him, and I will be pleasantly surprised if something good happens, but I'm not getting my hopes up at all. Not for a minute. |

Why sonic is beyond redemption and should be buried with the old E.T. games.
