Something like...

Chrome Shelled Regios, don't give me anime-planet suggestions. I also like romance. I also like anime where the main character is a guy that shows up and he's completely strong sorta like kaze no stigma.

Stuff I've seen:

Shakugan 1,2, Kaze no Stigma, Busuo Renkin, zero no tsukaima (these are related sorta).

Oh well I think you've watched it already but I will mention it anyhow. Fate Stay Night!!!
Others, hmm... maybe Neon Genesis Evangelion, Claymore and Hellsing (just cause the main character is hellishly strong! Don't stop after watching only the 1st episode though, gets better afterward)...
Well, I haven't watched Chrome Shelled Regios so I a trying to guess what you'd like! Be a bit more descriptive on the category of the anime you prefer!

It's hard to describe the category because I found CSR to be very unique in a lot of aspects. I did see fate stay night, sad ending, but still a good anime.

Try watching s-CRY-ed, it's kind of like Kaze no Stigma.
Also, I don't get what you mean by "dont give me anime-planet suggestions".. ?

When checking an anime in anime-planet it gives you some suggestions of anime that you might like that are similar. He means that we shouldn't give him those suggestions...

Chrome Shelled is a very good anime. Very close to being a favorite of mine but I haven't finished it :(

It's hard to find something to match up to Chrome Shelled but you can try 07 Ghost. It just started a few weeks ago so it shouldn't be hard for you to catch up
