i am not a nerd but im in the middle

First off this does not belong to the Anime Chat section.

Now this is one of the most despited subjects to me, categorizing and shallowness.
But, if I lowered my intelligence to your level, then my answer would be:

I'm a nerd that enjoys sports.

Yeah, that's what we need: A retarded discussion that only believes in the extremes or the center.

What about the other groups? Prep, gamer, skater, goth, emo, punk, where do all of THEY fall in your list??

Feh. Since I reject your super extremist guidelines, I make my own: I'm combination, gamer, nerd, lazy genious, poor learner, trouble student, loner, attention hog, sideshow freak, anime lover, quiet genious, show off, throw them all in there. Yeah, where the hell does all of THAT put me in your list!?

I'm sure I'm not the only person that's gonna reply in similar fasion either.

Well, as quiet and sam already said, you cannot categorise people in only these three categories. Taking into account only how much of studying a student does there still need to be more categories. A student who studies a lot is not necessarily a nerd. This term is used for people who do nothing but studying like their life consists only of it and oftentimes bugger others for not studying. Students with high grades might not be nerds but geniuses or people who somehow manage to include everything in their life, like sports, studying, getting out with friends, social activities, etc...
