Ok, so my mom's birthday is tomorrow and i just found out today cause i have a bad memory and i lose track of time. so i wrote up this poem or song, whichever, to give to her. after all, my language arts teacher always said, the best gifts r the ones without monetary value, meaning the best gifts r those u made urself and that have come from the heart. please tell me wat u think and see if she'll like it! here it is!

I know I've been spoiled
I know i've been rude
but no matter what happens
you'll always be my number one
with all my heart
There is no doubt
you've always been there
To keep me warm when I've felt oh, so cold
There can't be no one else
to be my bestest friend
for now and ever more
I've never known the things you do for me
Taking for granted, always forgotten everything
Today is a grand new day
Since it's your b-day
let's get together and celebrate
with everyone we love, Happy Birthday
No matter the time that passes
No matter how old I get, I'll always be your daughter
It's as clear as a bell, your the mom for me
To love, and care and think of me
Even when I'm mad, this will never change
