Life's a bitch then you die
So many people wonder why
If only they could've been there
But they never showed an ounce of care

Leaving you hurt and alone
Sticks and stones can break bones
But words can leave you for dead
They keep bouncing around in your head

Cutting into your soul so deep
If only the good memories you could keep
But they seem to disperse
The bad ones come like a curse

Filling you up to the top
Only one way to make them stop
But its you choice
Listen to the voice

The one that is O so tempting
Can you hear Death sing?
The sound so beautiful to your ears
Saying everything nobody had over the years

Give in.
You can't win.

When I read this it made me think of Death Note.
