Sword Axe Spear or Hammer
 

What is your ultimate fighting weopen in hand to hand mine is an Axe

As a moderator I'm obligated to carry a ban hammer on myself at all times, so that should clear it up where I stand.

Since a sword is the only weapon I know how to use, a sword is my answer.

Hammer= Too slow
Axe= Too slow as well
Spear= It can only do a fatal wound with the tip, and a direct thrust fails a lot.
Swors= A regular sword is fast, deadly any way you use it, and there are many kinds of swords to adjust to one's abilities.
Do i need to say more?

hammer:only one swing needed
Axe:i hands of a big guy =your worst day
spear: fast but breakable
sword: in the hands of a loser they are still a loser

Good point, at any rate, we both agree the spear sucks, hammer and axe are for big people, which i'm not, i'm more of a middle size athletic guy, thus a katana sword would be best fit for me, also keep in mind the Halberds, katanas, double swords, and such that can easly beat Axes and hammer, which is why i pick swords to be the superior weapon!
And what you said about a loser with a sword is still a loser, i believe that's the case with any weapon.
