Halo 3 vs Cod4 which one is better?

I like Halo 3 compaign, and Cod4 online play. What do you guys think?

Halo 3 was pretty much the same as the other ones whit new graphic and the campaign sequel.
All i where after was the campaign

CoD 4 was great imo, the whole WWII got boring after a while and they did well whit the Modern warfare. Though the: get to an area, do that, kill them, get there.. and i've seen it in all the CoD games *might just be me<.<*.

But i have to say i enjoyed CoD4 more then Halo 3

well considering that i didnt hear about a line at the stores for COD4 i would say Halo 3 is better but i havnt played either so i dont really know for sure...

the only reason halo3 had such a big line was because halo2 was such a good game, but COD4 was much better, in my opinion they didnt change all that much from halo2 to halo3

lol just not my thing i guess more of an rpg or a stratgic simulation game such as disciple and sins of solar empire things like that where you actually have to think about what your doing not a game where you just point and shoot lol

Personaly i like CoD4 online play more than Halo3 online play and i have never played though the story line on halo... never really been a big fan of halo in general though

I really don't even see how the two compare. Completely different game play, and story.
Why not CoD 4 vs Ghost Recon 2, those are somewhat similar and top selling

CoD4 definitely. Much better online gameplay, plus it's not corroded by squealing 10 year olds who think they're cool cause they can curse up a storm.

yeah, I choose Cod4 because of air strike, helicapoter, and perks. I may go back to Halo 3 when the new maps become free, which is some time in March.

no one has posted for a week but cod4 beats halo 3 for online play for halo3 campaign is better and there is gonna be a new halo but not gonna be called halo

I would say that I liked Halo 3 for campaign a lil more then CoD4 but for online play CoD4 smashes Halo3.

Plus I hate how you have to wait like 3 YEARS in the lobby for Halo 3 before you can get a match started.
